4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Prices may change at any time without notice; however, the price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are made available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., a corrupted file or an incorrect file delivered), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue by providing a corrected file.

6. Free Products

Some products on ShniLuna are offered free of charge. To access a free download, you may be asked to provide your email address. By doing so, you agree to receive occasional emails from ShniLuna, such as new product announcements or newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.
