1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Order information: email address, purchased products, order value, discounts, transaction status, and information needed to deliver digital files.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction and payment-status information but do not store complete card details.
• Messages and subscriptions: information you submit when contacting us, requesting a free product, or subscribing to email updates.
• Analytics information: with your permission, Google Analytics may collect information about pages viewed, shopping actions, purchases, downloads, approximate location, device, and traffic source.
• Advertising information: with your permission, the Meta Pixel may collect information about pages viewed, free bundle requests, purchases, device, browser, and whether you arrived from one of our ads.
• Technical and security information: information necessary to keep the website secure, prevent fraud, and diagnose errors.

3. Why we use information

• To process orders, confirm payments, and deliver purchased or free files.
• To provide customer support and respond to requests.
• To send ShniLuna news, coloring tips and personal discounts by email.
• When you request the free coloring bundle, we add your email address to our free bundle email series and may measure email delivery, link clicks and related purchases to understand how helpful the series is. We also note which link, ad or website brought you to the request (for example a campaign name), so we can tell which channels are worth their cost. Some participants receive only the bundle email so we can compare results. Email delivery is provided by Resend. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect access to your free files.
• We keep the first and latest identifiable acquisition sources in browser local storage for up to 90 days per source. These include campaign tags, the referring website, landing path and visit time. Browser information may help us infer which app opened a link; we do not store the full user-agent string for this. We save a snapshot of these sources with each free or paid order to measure which channels lead to orders.
• To protect the website, customers, and transactions from misuse or fraud.
• With your consent, to understand store performance and measure or personalize advertising.
• To meet applicable accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies and local storage

Cookies and similar browser storage can remember information between visits. We group them into the following categories:

5. Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied. If you decline optional cookies, Google tags may send limited cookieless consent and measurement signals. These signals do not use analytics or advertising cookies and may be used for aggregated or modeled reporting. If you allow a category, the relevant Google storage and processing signals are updated to granted.

6. Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It loads only if you allow advertising cookies. It then sets the _fbp cookie (and _fbc when you arrive from an ad) and sends Meta information about your visit, such as pages viewed, free bundle requests and purchases, together with device and browser details. If you enter your email address, Meta may receive it in hashed form to match the visit to a Meta account. Meta may use this information to provide measurement services and to show you ads. If you decline advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and this website sends nothing to Meta. You can withdraw your permission at any time in the cookie settings, and control how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

7. Service providers

We use service providers to operate the store, including Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for consent-based measurement, Meta for consent-based advertising measurement, and providers that host the website, store order information, deliver emails, and make digital files available. They process information only for the services they provide and under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of record and the applicable requirements.

9. International processing

Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards are used for these transfers.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent at any time.
